ERASMUS+ Projekt

Under the motto „Sport for all with all“ the social integration of young people with intellectual disabilities (ID)  into our society should be made possible.

To achieve this  following activities are planned:

Through the organization of inclusive sports competitions in the schools, young people with and without ID will participate in joint training and joint competition. Young people with ID can put their athletic performance achievements to the forefront in training and competition. This reduces prejudices against the disadvantaged and improves or builds up self-esteem in adolescents with ID.

In seminars and workshops on inclusive sports, teachers acquire the skills to design inclusive physical education classes, build unified teams, organize sports competitions and become experts in inclusive sports.

Subsequently, there will be an exchange of best practice and good examples of inclusive sports in schools. The creation and design of teaching materials for the promotion and implementation of inclusive sports in all project schools and also in their regions is also a project objective.

All of these activities are designed to ensure that people with ID, even after school, can continue to take advantage of our society’s sports opportunities and encourage them to practice lifelong sports.
